  • Company’s Requirement: Companies will post their skill set and educational background preferences on their portals. You need to qualify to join your favourite company as an intern.
  • Diversity Socially: Marginalised Communities will get preference while shortlisting the candidates: Persons with Disability(PWD), Scheduled Tribes and Other Backwards Classes(OBC). This will show India's adaptation towards equal opportunities for all Indians.
  • Attentive towards people who get fewer job opportunities in the industry due to a rural background and the financially weaker section.
  • The Resumes should be double-spaced & tailored to the number of companies' vacancies, then the Govt. The department will bifurcate and share the CVS to the companies with double the number of vacancies.
  • The companies will choose based on the preferences and needs of the company. Companies can decide whether to take the interview or any assessment test for the internship opportunity.
  • The candidate will get an acceptance letter through the portal with the location, position, and stipend.
  • Accepting or rejecting the offer letter is completely in the candidate's hands.
