Common University Entrance Exam (CUET) 2025 is an entrance exam for undergraduate programs & postgraduate programs to get admission to the top universities in India, like: DU, JNU, BHU & Jamia Millia Islamia University, etc. The National Testing Agency(NTA) conducts the exam, which comes under the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India. NTA started conducting the exams in 2021. Since then, the exam has gained popularity among students who want to join their dream university by clearing the merit. The exam comes once a year, NTA conducts exams around 380+ centers in India, even NTA has exam centers in 26 other cities outside of India.
There are around 500+ Universities and 10 Government Institutions, including Central Universities, State Universities, Private Universities, and other deemed universities, participating in the CUET UG exam.
These Universities and Institutions have different criteria to join after the CUET exam clearance. You can keep this in mind while preparing for the exam.
Age: There is no limit to sit in the CUET exam. However, it varies from University to University; all the universities have different guidelines, as per their norms.
Education Qualification:
The students who are appearing for the 12th exam this year are eligible to take the exam. Students should have the class 12th mark sheet till the date universities start the process for admission.
Form-Filling time | From the 1st of March to the 22nd of March 2025, you can register for the entrance exam. Fill out the form with your academic, personal details and submit your fees |

Counselling Session | August will be your counselling session time with the university. After this, you get admission only. |
Step 1: Visit the official website for registration.
Step 2: Fill out the basic details, including Name, Email, Mobile Number and a strong password.
Step 3: Then, you will again log in with the password and registration number to complete the application process.
Step 4: To complete an application form, you will fill out personal, academic, and course preferences.
Step 5: Submit all the required documents, including a passport-size photograph, sign and identification Aadhar card.
Step 6: At last, you get the payment submission portal. Payment can be different for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD. Then here, your application is completed.
Step 7: If you have made any mistake, you can correct it after the last date of application submission. The correction window will be available on the website for 2 days.
